SHIPPING POLICY

It is firmly suggested to place orders in advance!

Orders placed less than week prior to the date needed is possible, but not guaranteed to be delivered in time. Please understand that it takes 2 business days to process your order, and up to 8 days to ship. Weekends are not included! Expect shipping during holidays to be delayed up to 4 days.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE A SIGNATURE!!

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages . If your package has been lost or stolen please content the carrier immediately! Any fabrication or falsification of orders such as stating you did not receive an order will cause legal actions to be pursued.

Local deliveries/pick-up is an option and can be arranged prior to purchasing. Please contact ACrownHair via Instagram, email or SMS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES due to federal health regulations. However, to be eligible for a refund, there must be an error on the company's end. It is a must that you return the hair in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. If there are any signs that the hair has been worn, bleached/dyed, combed/brushed, taken out of bundle wrapping or packaging, you will NOT qualify and will be denied for a return.
